...hiya all, I'm looking to hire a 125 dirt bike for a weekend in the middle of October so my brother can join us on the green laning weekend (he hasn't passed his full test yet). Would have to be fully road legal etc

Anyone got one they fancy hiring out for the weekend or know of anyone/anywhere else that might help?

There'll be no company that will do it. You're best bet is to borrow one, but I can't think of anyone who a) has one to lend and b) will actually lend one of their bikes to a 17 year old to go green laning.

G is a candidate for 'might actually lend' but he's got rid of his only 125cc trailbike.

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Fair do's, although he's 26 - just a late starter Laughing

He's also been riding for a couple of years and done motocross a few times.

Obviously any hire would be on a 'bend it you mend it' basis! Laughing

To be honest I'm not expecting anyone to lend their bike to me given that hardly anyone here knows me, but if you don't ask you'll never get the answer Very Happy
