My XR250, had it a couple of weeks, but only just been able to get out on the lanes on it.

Lessons learnt so far. The rear brake's binding a bit, and wet grass as the same grip level as ice. Laughing

Remember seeing a magazine write up years ago by a group using about six of these do do a geological survey in the S.American Andes.
Only one of them had ridden a bike before, the terrain they had to tackle was very punishing and the altitude added to the proplems for men and machine.
They all made it back...
