well I took the theft of my baby cg as a hint to get on and get a full licence, so I am now all booked in for my theory test and am provisionally booked in for 11th Oct for my test.

Any hints on getting through either more than welcome .... Please...

Hiya flumpit

I am in a similar position, theory on 20 Sept and test on 4 Nov. So i'll be watching this thread with interest.
What i would say for the theory, is take the time to read questions carefully, they often have a couple of answers that look similar. It's mostly common sense... But bagging yourself a copy of the highway code is a good idea if you don't have one - couple of quid from WH Smiths or similar. Also handy if a mate has bought the official dvds and can lend you them! I find the hazard perception a pain as i would react automagically to the situations... Just try and look as far ahead as you can.

As for the practical, i assume you won't be going for it unless you are some way towards being able to ride safe... Just remember what you've been taught and be sensible. I'd say try and relax as far as possible, though i recognise this will be tough Smile
Best of luck

Bob
