Sausage, liver and onions here, with a smidge of black pudding chucked in for good measure, and some roast spuds seasoned with cajun spice. MMMmmmmm.

I love rest days from the gym! Back on the protein shakes tomorrow.

I had a bowl of sludge made with a chicken stock cube and some strips of boiled chicken, and plain boiled rice.

It was more nommer than it sounds.
I am stuffed.

I was going to be all sensible and peel strips of carrot and red peppers into it, but I was sooooooooooooo hungry after my swim, I just wanted something that I could nom right then, within five minutes.

So I tried to improve my 5-a-day count by having a glass of mango and passionfruit smoothie. I'm very fond of smoothies. I couldn't be arsed with all that chopping fruit and putting it in a blender shite, but a box in the fridge with the gunk already done for you ... got to be a winner. I can rarely be arsed with the eating of fruit properly (except the odd banana or pear) ... so smoothies, to me, are the idea way of getting proper decent fruit content.

Now I quite fancy a piece of the date and walnut loaf in the fridge, but I'm trying to have another butter-free day and you can't eat date loaf without butter.

Might have room for a raspberry yoghurt, I suppose.
