Which would you wear, post your links!

Mrs is looking for one to get me, I'd like one that sort of doesn't look like a bike jacket, i.e. Loadsa reflective bits (some are ok!) No 3/4 lengths please, and something i could wear while at work without being weighed down!

I realise there's gonna be different opinions here, but you might just post one that i like!

There is a nice Suzuki jacket on ebay if you have a look - I am sure it has 9 days left in the auction. Wink

Sorry Gazz, maybe I should've said, I'd rather not have bike makes or models on it! Btw, I ride a yam! Sorry bud!

I'd just prefer a plain black leather jacket, something like this

https://www.jsaccessories.co.uk/shop/IXS-CENTAUR-JACKET/29118.aspx

Not sporty or too bikish. Or have a look at some more retro style jackets. Dianese sometimes have a nice range.

I'm not sure than I could ever be accused of being fashionable, but I usually wear a "brando" style traditional black leather jacket .

You can get leather bike jackets that looks like the one wolverine wears in x-men.
I always liked the look of that and if i didn't already have a good jacket i'd get one of those.
They don't really look like bike jackets either but rather a normal nice leather jacket Smile

Why don't you just get a bike leather jacket as normal and spend your other money on a normal jacket to wear?

Maybe he wants to ride somewhere, like work, and needs a jacket that is both decent looking and protective?

Otherwise he probably wouldn't have started a thread asking for a fashionable bike jacket Wink

Yes but it's a stupid idea I think, you would look like a twat being in a bike jacket all day, and if you wore the same leather jacket every day of your life wouldn't you think it was a bit boring? Plus the fact that you would wreck it up a bit doing day to day tasks, and be boiling in the summer.

Cheers for the reply guys,

I do indeed want a jacket, i can ride to work in and then wear during the day without having to change. I already have a leather so was thinking more along the lines of a textile.

Oh, and as for looking like a twat:

Sorry Taff, didn't mean to make you feel sheepish.

I saw a lovely jacket the other day in RiDE. It was like £300 though. Will have a look and let you know.
