I was just watching my little 'off' video from the other week ... now I know what I have done to myself, there is a sound that is quite evident Pale

I have only made it an audio file (as the video caused so much controversy first time round*), but this is the audio only bit from me starting to fly through the air, then the impact with the ground then my lid scraping along the ground when coming to a halt ...

As I said there is an ominous sound of bones breaking in the middle section Shocked

+1 if you tried to watch the video just to find out what the sound of breaking bones is like.

Anyway, hope you get better quickly.

but you don't need to see a vid, I have put a link to a .wav sound only file in the op so you can HEAR it Wink
