Hands up who has a beard?

I keep getting shouted at by my boss that my stubble is messy and does't make me look very respectable.
I just cannot be bothered shaving in the morning, too much effort for me since i roll out my bed half an hour before i have to leave.

Anyway. more to the point.

Here we have a fine specimen of the ugly hairy mono-browed 18 year old scottish student.

Notice the vast growth of hair on it's face, and the uncared-for mane. Also, notice the way it's eyes focus towards it's nose. almost as if it is 'posing' for the camera.

After being sedated, and groomed for a whole 4 minutes and 27 seconds, notice the shock on it's face after it feels the cool breeze against it's face.

It's eyes, now focused on the camera, show surprise. Please note, that the equipment used for this experiment may or may not have been 'stolen' for use by a certain female who may or may not have used it to shave her legs.

This resulted in the cuts and blunt-ness of the blades, and the fact that this student has no money led to no extra blades being bought.

All in all, this experiment was completely pointless, as the resulting reaction from the manager at work was a laugh in the face due to the estimated age of the subject going from a nice mid 20's to a measly 14 years old.

I was in the bathroom, that shit i just did had a stench so strong it curled the wallpaper.

And i do shower and the like. just after i rattled my sister's best friend i can't seem to get the smell of minge out my beard. obviously i don't have that problem right now, but if in the future i do it again i want to know how to get that smell out again.

If any employment contract states that your boss has the right to tell you when to shave, then I would find a better job.

I had 4 years of enforced shaving, sometimes twice a day. Never again will somebody dictate the appearance of my facial hair.

I have the added advantage now, I suppose, that people hardly ever expect a lorry driver to look respectable.

I shave once a week, as the stubble to beard transition that rears its ugly head after about that time, really itches to fuck.

Once you get past that, it's quite comfortable living with a beard, but occasionally women will complain.

I use clippers on my beard, normally have it on the middle of the actual blade setting, so it isn't too long, but looks like I haven't shaved for 1-2days. I look like an idiot clean shaven, but tend to look like a tramp if I don't "shave" for 7+ days.


It's a cruel mistress this shaving malarky. Luckily, all the places I've worked haven't cared if I shave or not. Although I'd rather not work where someone dictates when I should shave.

My contract says i should look respectable as i'm dealing with people contantly, but it's not enforced like it is in the forces

i'm gonna let the hair grow a wee bit till i can cut it to the mohawk again, and then i'll be growing a decent beard...

Not had anyone complain about my beard, most girls i've been with actually like it. But as you say WG it's the transition from stubble to beard that they don't like. it itches like fuck under a lid strap too.

when it goes from being itchy to soft is where they like it.

I love when people tell me to shave it off.

I USUALLY trim it down so it's tidier, comes up to just under my jaw line... Best beard to go with the mohawk in my experience
I look like a twat when i'm cleanly shaven, and i look like a tramp when i leave it to go wild. so a nice in-between does me fine.
i usually trim it down to whatever, usually the highest on the beard clippers...

I dont like shaving. When I'm not working, I shave only occasionally and sometimes have a beard.

In my last job there were a few beardies, so I decided I'd have a beard too. Even though boss of my boss didnt like him having a beard, so probably didnt like me having one either.

I dont think I'd ever have a job again where I felt comfortable enough to have a beard.

During that job, I even had to make the beard look neat so got a beard trimmer.

I recommend it. Its a razor that has a beard trimmer built into the handle.
