The problem is when it fails and you need the lifetime warranty, the first lot fail, then the second fail, so you have to wait for the third.

Ditto, their RAM is not very robust and the RMA turnaround time is outrageous (four weeks for mine). I now have two dead pairs of Dominator, I've given up and gone with Kingston Hyper.

Never had any problems with Kingston. Don't think I'd use anyone else.

Update : I am now waiting for my 3rd set of replacement memory as the 2x2g pair is faulty, 1 stick causes bsod, im so pissed off ive asked for 6400 memory as a replacement as i think all the 8500 memory sticks are just overclocked 6400 hence the large amount of failures, plus when my sticks worked i ran them at 6400 speeds and saw no difference in the performance of my pc, it only showed minor differences in testing with the likes of sisoft sandra. This is now about to go into six weeks of bullshit, be wary if you think of using corsair, kingston and crucial have a uk returns dept so they might be a better choice.
