As per the title really. I want some BLACK bar end mirrors, that will fit in the smaller diameter renthal handlebars please! Don't want to spend too much, and I realise the quality varies greatly...so anyone got any recommendations etc, feel free to share. The Motrax ones look ok, but are a tad pricey!

I've got a set of these. Quality is very good, dropped the bike & the mirror survived with just a slight scuff & they hold their position with strong winds. Got them in black & for a little extra you can get folding ones. These ones are adjustable too.

Only use one mirror as it makes the bikes too wide for filtering small gaps.

Used with Renthal streetfighter bars and can either be placed above the bars or under as mine are. (quite hard to see the mirror properly)

(10% off if you're a member on the Banditforum) Seem to be the same ones on ebay for cheaper.

very very good quality, i had the ones mentioned above too and these are miles better. can be positioned to stick up from the top too instead of out the side.

Cheers for the replies...

I'll probably go with the Motrax ones, just a question...will they have adapters to let me fit them to the inside of the bar? I don't really want to clamp it to the end of the bar, as I have no room, and can't be bothered to re-drill some lug holes into my bars and sort it all out again!

Anyone else got any pics of the motrax ones fitted? Cheers!

I've been considering some of these, are they actually any good from a practical point of view?

You're obviously going to be able to see less than massive standard mirrors but how much less?

Have you tried just riding with no mirrors. Doesn't feel that weird after a while and you do more lifesavers to compensate. Thumbs Up

Yeah I've done it before and agree it's not that bad. But it does look like I may have to be riding into London occasionally, so mirrors will be pretty handy. I do like the look of Welshd1ks ones, but I can't decide dammit!

Do me a favour then get the phuck out the way when i come steaming up behind, because you wont be able to filter very effectively with that extra width.

I did consider them for my Hornet but seem totally stupid for city riding imo.
