Well the little fellow did his job and now Miss L has passed her test so it is time for him to move on. Preferably to someone who will love him and cherish him.

As a good few of you know, the bike (1991 Honda NSR alicast frame) has been pretty much completely refurbished.

To say the bike is clean is an understatment. It is certainly the cleanest of its age that I have ever seen.

If you are interested I can give you the full list of things that have been done to it to get it back to such good condition...

'tis a match made in heaven!

Although it isn't exactly the 'cheap' 125 the guys had in mind.... it's a bit classier than that ali. Very Happy

£1400 .

The price reflects the amount of work that has gone into making the bike what it is today. Miss L bought it for a grand and she put about another grand into it.

It has:

Respray.
Powdercoated wheels, grabrail and footrest hangers.
replacement front forks with new Honda full bush and seal kit (not cheapy aftermarket shite)
New front Bridgstone.
New pads front and rear.
New wheel bearings front and rear.
Goodridge front brake line.
New rear view mirrors.
replacement engine from 01/2 model with about 1000 miles on at fitting.
New rear shock.
New chain and sprocket kit (not a cheapie!)
Replaced front and rear brake calipers.

Everything not replaced has been cleaned to within and inch of its life or painted or polished.

Anyway, I am sure there is more but I just can't remember all the stuff we did on it...

Its a prime example of an NSR 125 F
Unfortunetly the price tag is heavy.

I'd probably only get half of that once all mines been done.
And mines gone through quite alot.

Not as much as that though. Hope it goes to an owner that will look after it.

I am still heartbroken. I love that bike but want something bigger and cant afford to keep both. If I had my way I would just keep the NSR to sit on and look at. I will be really sad to see it go. Unfortunatley I need a quick sale otherwise the bike/s I have my eye on may not be still up for sale. I have said if it is not sold by christmas then I will keep it, oh how terrible that would be. Wink Laughing

I tell you what I know everyone has different taste but it is a damn good looking NSR and it is very nippy too. I was pulling 75mph the other day and that was with Mr L as a pillion. Now imagine what fun I have had with just little me on and alot of hill's on the A19. Cool

Give someone else a chance to do their thing on it...
