Thought busa 6 pots were regarded as being pretty crap. At least on a heavy bike like that.

The tokico 6 pots furr up easily and are a pita to bleed.

The blue spot ones arent as powerful but are less prone to being shite.

Saying that I want nissin 6 pots for my TL

Hi

'busa brakes have a poor reputation (although part of that is no doubt due to the weight of the bike) and don't last long.

The blue spot Yamaha ones have a decent reputation but being one piece castings will be far harder to rebuild.

All the best

Keith

Hi

They have twin pot sliding calipers I think (which are one piece castings so fairly rigid).

All the best

Hated the brakes on my Hayabusa although some lads had good results with a good strip down and a set of Bendix pads. They were adequate but they didnt feel like they had much pressure at a standstill and struggled at times under heavy use!

If Tokico 6pots fit this Hyosung...

Then Nissin 4pots ( early gsxr/bandit 12) or Tokico 4pots (TL1000s) will fit it also.

If you want the best then id look for a set of Yamaha Blue/Gold spot sumittomo calipers, or a set of Brembo 4pot Monoblock calipers, as a one peice design will be far more rigid and not flex. I think the Tokico 6pot's that were on my J1 Ninja were decent stoppers on a 170kg bike, but they have a bad rep for pistons seizing in winter, and being tricky to bleed.

I'm going to probably use a Yamaha Gold spot LHS caliper on my KMX supermoto, maybe with a TDR master Cyl too. I think i'll need a good strong fork brace first though!

In my experience they are just as or more powerful than similar Tokicos.
If I end up keeping my GSXR, I'll probably stick some R1 brakes on there.
