Looking for a 400, preferably a gsxr, zxr, cbr, rvf etc around the £1500 mark. Would consider part exchange with my NSR (around £2,400). Reply to this or PM me with details/pics.

Hmm.. very tempting yams, that's a hella nice bike. 90miles to portsmouth though. Rolling Eyes

Is there a reason for selling the bike? Or is there anything wrong with it? Wink And would you settle for £1,750 if I paid for carriage etc?

Cam Smile

90 miles, thats nothing lol

im selling it cos ive seen the light.. and getting an R6! Twisted Evil

theres nowt wrong with the bike itself, but the front fairing is damaged as seen in the pictures.

the bodywork was actually bought seperatly from the bike cos its a rare ltd edition and i thought it would be cheaper than getting something sprayed to those colours (they are sooo much nicer in the flesh compared to picture) , so i drove to london (well, we ended up in slough first Laughing) then got there to find the damage Evil or Very Mad but its not that bad really. just need a new upper fairing.

£1850 and pay for carraige, and i 'll include road legal micron can, pillion seat and pegs too....

email me if you wanna disccuss further yamswheelyr1 @ ntlworld . com

Surely 500 miles in any direction from Hull would have you a fair way out to sea... Laughing

Don't suppose anyone knows anyone who's willing to/does a service of transporting bikes by any means?? I've got about £150 to play with.

There are a few companies that will do that. I think £100 is the norm. Have a look on ebay.

This one seems professional but to be honest I wouldn't trust them too much yet as they have no feedback at all: *ACTUALLY SEE NOTES AT BOTTOM OF THIS POST*

IF your going to buy my bike and get it transported back, it'd better be with a decent company Twisted Evil lol otherwise I'll wrap it up in bubblewrap first! Laughing

This one looks good, lots of feedback:

*** DON'T USE THAT SECOND ONE I POSTED https://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2965105502&category=317 it's exactly the same advert specs as the last one i said about, with good feedback, only this one has no feedback and is a different username?? sounds very suspicious to me!

You could always 'pull a Danny' and abuse the breakdown services.

- Is a no no, it says £150 up to 300 miles and I'm 500 from you. Sad

Wouldn't I be better going with something like Delivery Networks or Parcel Force?

Why don't you just ride it?

And you can't go 500 miles from Hull to anywhere. It's 500 from London to Aberdeen Very Happy

Yep, well I have four options:

Arrow Get a lift down there and ride it back.
Arrow Get a lift down there and bring it back in trailor/van.
Arrow Hire someone to deliver it for me.
Arrow Run.

Just slip a mate some petrol money and a bit extra and get him to drive/ride down there. Then you ride it back up, worst case scenario is you having to follow your mate back if you feel harsh about fucking off and leaving him if he's in a car and you're on the bike. Either way it's probably a good thing whilst you're getting used to the bike anyway.

I think I'll either get train or a lift down with my mate. Either way I'll probably ride it back. Mr. Green

Anyway, thanks again people, I'm off to pub. Razz

You can always lob Yams a few quid to ride it up a bit, giving you a shorter trip home.
