restrictor kit is not fitted, i have no plans what so ever to fit it cos it makes the bike run crappy and makes it go slow (lol wonder why that is?)

bike is much better @ full power!

certificate says its fitted thats all that matters.. and you can of course have the silly little washers as well.

but you gotta buy the bike first lol

when was it you wanted to look at her?? im in no "real" rush as i need a bit more cash befoe i can afford me neew bike..

hehe I'm studying motorcycle mechanics at college, and Tuesday we were doing Inspection technqiues for MOT and stuff, so I volunteered to get my bike thoroughly checked over to find anything wrong with it so I could get fixed, as I knew i was selling it so thought id get it fully serviced up...

well we found about 3 things wrong with it that would fail an MOT Twisted Evil can you say "full micron system"? hehehehe other was non e-marked indicators (FFS the packet said they were legal! they is motrax ones) and one of the headlight bulbs has died, so that'll get changed weekend

p.s. im a mechanics student, doesnt make me a good mechanic Laughing I still pay someone to do my service stuff on the bike Embarassed Embarassed soon i'll be able to do it all myself tho Twisted Evil

Razz Nevermind, it looks nice anyhows. As long as no wheels or anything fall off when I'm riding it then I can't blame ya. Wink

I think I can tell them to deliver it when I want seen as I have bought it.. 2/3 weeks time won't be much trouble for them I don't think.

There's no way I can treck 300 miles down to you just to have a look at it I can only really buy it. So yeah I'm sure it'll be alright. Very Happy Would you rather it was picked up during the week or weekend?

Sounds like a tasty bike indeed. Very Happy

You ever used paypal? That'd probably be a more easier and faster way than using a cheque? My accounts already set up on there and as far as I know you don't have to have an account to receive. - Can anyone shed some more light on paypal?

Yep weekends fine, ah well it's up to you. Bedtime! Mr. Green

Here's a suggestion - Yams - give him your bank details so he can shift it via online/telephone banking direct transfer. No post to wait for and it'll clear in 3 days.

Is there a reason for selling the bike? Or is there anything wrong with it? Wink And would you settle for £1,750 if I paid for carriage etc?

Cam Smile

You're moaning about 90 miles!! I got my 2nd CBR from Portsmouth - I made my Dad drive with Keith's trailor all the way from Stafford! - Now that's a long way at 60mph. Shocked

Exactly. I went 150 miles to pick my minimoto up, and rode back with it strapped to the back of my bike along with lots of other stuff. £150 to take a bike 90 miles? Not a bad little earner Smile

Hey yamsperson you come to sheffield and i might buy you a pint solely on the basis of your BCF membership Smile.

Also, and this point is a bit more on topic, after I do my test which should be sooner rather than later, I'll be looking round various 400's to see what i like best. On looks alone, i like the RVF at the minute.
