Okay, basicly orderd a set of 4 handlebar clamp bolts for a bsa from a website, now when i came to order them, i noticed it was £0.00 inc vat.
Obviosly a cock up, as they retail at a tenner, i need them anyway, and im more than willing to pay for them, but ive just got a confirmation e-mail, with the only charge being £2.50 postage.
I payed by debit card.

Now if it gets sent out, can they legally ask me to repay? ive heard of this sort of stuff happening on places like amazon, people putting £25 instead of £250, and having to honour it.

i dont expect im going to get them for free, but its worth a try!

what you guys think?

They should honour it, but it's unlikely a company ever will because they know you're not going to take them to court for the sake of £10.

They'll either dispatch it and you'll get it for nothing, or ask you for the £10 before dispatching it. I can't see them dispatching it and then taking the money from your account, could be wrong though.

this +1

If they realise their mistake they'll contact you before dispatch and ask you to pay for the goods, if they don't realise then you'll receive it in the post shortly. AFAIK once it's dispatched and you receive it they cant ask for the money for the goods.
