Can someone tell me if I need to get a Power Commander fitted or not?
I'm running a stock 2009/10 ZX6R with the Cat & silencer removed and a stubby M4 exhaust instead.
I cant tell whether or not there's a flat spot or whether I'm just imaging things.
Would I need to fit a PC and have it dyno'd or get the Auto-Tune fitted with it?
I'm not interested in power gains but would like it running smoothly.
I hope I haven't messed things up by adding the M4 without a PC?!

Yes you'll need a PC.

You've made the exhaust flow more gas by removing the resistance of the cat and restrictive stock can.

May as well bung a fancy air filter on too.
