Wonder around the airport aimlessly and buy a copy of a bike mag to kill time.

Drink at least twice as much Guinness as you thought would be humanly possible in the time you have available. Try not to throw up on the plane (then again, you said Ryanair, so they might not notice).

To be honest I didn't think much of the Guinness brewery. A better bet would be to just have a walk around the inner city/ shopping area. Plenty of sights to see for free, the GPO, Molly Malone, the spire, O'Connel St Bridge etc. And then call into a pub for a pint or 6 with the Irish Times and do the crossword lol.

See how many punches in the face you can get by saying to random people:

"I'm the leprechaun, and you'd better not be stealing my pot o'gold"

My friend's record in 8 punches in one night, see if you can beat it.

Seeing as you are going by Ryanair to Dublin that should mean that you will land somewhere around Cork.
I'd suggest getting a train to Dublin airport ASAP to catch your connecting flight Thumbs Up

Last time I was in Dublin I walked out of a pub to find a tramp shitting of the floor in the doorway.

Crapic Thumbs Up
