Piaggio Typhoon 50cc 2003 PROBLEM

Hi im new to the forum and i was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice on a problem i have with my typhoon.

I took my bike to my friends yesterday and when i was going home i tried to start it and it wouldnt start then after about half an hour it started and i rode home, then i got my bike out today, it started first time but then when i was revving the revs were just dying and if i fully revved it was cutting out.

When i sat on the bike and revved it was holding the revs back and then revving randomly and then dying back down..


I dont know how to change/clean the spark plug check the compression or the carb or anything ://

Changing the plug would be the first thing I would do. Ask your dad to do it. How many miles has it done? If it's huge it could be worth de-coking the exhaust too....
