Looks like Saigon...try crossing the road on foot...!!!! Takes a fair bit of nerve I can tell you. Actually that is very similar to roads in Thailand and India too.

In Singapore, however, you walk to the edge of the road, and it's seriously unnerving (at first) all traffic stops - for the pedestrian to cross... Shocked

Bangkok can be as bad. An 8 land road actually has 9 lanes alternating between scooters and cars.If the light is red or green often you an't go due to traffic, so when its red it makes as much sense to go if you can as when it's green.

yeah ignore the title of the video, but just look at the madness at that junction. If you look properly theres so many near misses and people almost hitting eachother its ridiculous. I've driven india, but it wasnt this bad!

The Worst part about india is that all signals magically change meaning, to whatever you want it to be. The only constants are honk everytime you go round a corner! Indicating is not for when changing lanes or turning but to tell someone to overtake or something, indicating left means you want them to undertake, hazard lights mean your going to be turning off soon. Madness, yes, but nowhere near as mad as that intersection!
