My handlebar area on my 2000 Hornet is pretty dirty. Areas like behind the clutch/brake lever are caked in black crap. Just wondering what the best/safest wat to clean them up is?

I would cover it in Muc Off like I do the rest of the bike, leave it 2-3 minutes and rinse off

As I have said before Muc Off is good for cleaning things provided they are not dirty.
Petrol FTW and take it to pieces first..
