Nackered thread on headlight!!!

Just installing a Puig screen to my 2000 Hornet CB600F and one of the threads that holds the bolt in seems to have gone!

The bolt now just turns, looks like the thead from inside the headlight is still on the screw!!!

Any ideas how I can fix this? Does it need a new headlight?

Also seems to be a 1" gap from the headlight to the screen, is this normal?

Also, how do you re-align the headlight?

Take the bolt out and clean it up then just use a nut on the inside.
