rs 125 weird clutch case problem

hi guys

my brother owns a rs125 AF1 rotax123 type engine and upon opening the engine up the clutch case appears to not fit correctly. he has only just brought the bike and the guy before has fitted this case.


the case appears to be the right one from the outside but its catching the clutch literally taking chunks out from the case, we have found lots of fillings in there and cant adjust the clutch to fit this case.

could someone please help me identify which clutch case we need so we can prevent any further problems.
