What consoles?

Most games nowadays can support it. Just connect them all up to your home router and choose the system link option.

It's so frustrating when a game has coop play but only through xbox live. Call of Juarez is a good example of a game made for 2 player coop but no Lan? Surely it can't be that hard to do Lan sessions...

But anyway, we use https://www.co-optimus.com/ to find possible games. I'm sure it'd do you well too
