My job is so boring.
I find telephone numbers for businesses... enter the information... repeat.

All day.

If you know of a job or have anything going at your place, let me know and i'll work my absolute bollocks off to get out of this place.

Signed up to 3 job sites this morning and updated my CV.

Crying or Very sad

Some days I love my job and other days I hate it.

Today was a so, so, sort of day.

At least I am now off until Monday afternoon Thumbs Up

I used to be a manager for GAME. But i left because the money was shit and it was incredibly stressful.
Now i have a job, where i get paid OK for what i do.. but its so... damn.. boring.

I'd take a slight pay cut just to have more responsibility and something to do.

I work in a WHSMITHS warehouse. Working on a packing line putting mags and papers in tote boxes, working on our fork lifts and a few other general warehouse duties. For my age the pay is very good. 4 days a week long 10/11 housr shifts. I wouldnt say i hate it but its not the best job in the world, i work with a bunch of pricks and very repetative, i got made redundant as many other people have, its just a tempory thing really. Its such a petty place i have just come off a week suspention for firing a water pistol that came free with a kids magazine.
There are some perks though. We get to take home all the over stock so i get all the motorbike books ride etc. I get max power and stuff sometimes. Always get stuff with free guddies. Got a cool neck tube from ride magazine. Also i get plenty of free porn, cant go wrong with that.
If i had the chance i would kick the shit out of my manager he's a twat. I may not HATE the job but i definatly hate that fool.
Wearhouse jobs are all the same though.

+1 Biohazard.

I could commit mass murder at my place sometimes. Some stupid girls and all they talk about is their weight and they pep themselves up on pills and apitite suppressants all day...
And i sit between 2 of them... so grim.

I love my job. delivering white goods, washers, dishwashers fridges etc.
I get all over the country and have covered 226,000 miles in this van. 300,000 in the last one.
Meet lots of great people (and a few dickheads).
Travelled round Northants area today, 12 deliveries, 350 miles, 11 hours, so not a long day for us.
18 to 20 hours is a good day out, most was 27 hours straight, 1250 miles. Two hours kip in the cab and back out for a 12 hour run, (Christmas rush time).
Bad thing is the job doesn't really pay too well, overheads like goods in transit, public liability, fuel, servicing, van insurance etc etc, have ripped the piss out of it in the last three years. At least I've found a good drivers mate now, (at last).

I love my Nurse training, however i hate being a care assistant! Or rather i hate the management, who think its ok to run a 110 bed nursing home on Skeleton staff.

Not the worst job i've had tho! that was cutting the excess rubber off industrial sized mates Neutral

Dunno, just want one lol.

I'm at uni on my placement year. Work full time selling animal feeds.

Deliver takeaways of an evening, relief milk of a morning, and work as a researcher on AQA/63336 in any spare time.

Woke up around 11:30am, got in for 12, back home for 3pm. Done nothing all day apart from a meeting the outcome of which was that i should go buy some electronics and build some eye tracking glasses, and that i needed £35,000 worth of equipment buying for me. I see a lot of forms in my future.

Nope, I love my job. Trained as a brickie at college for 3 years and worked at morrisons alongside that. Hated that and barely ever turned up for either. Finally finished college quit work and got myself on site.
Really enjoy it earning 3 times as much than before.
Working normal hours 8 til 5 is brilliant. Most people moan about it but I love it evenings and weekends free!

I don't hate my job I just wish I got paid more as the pay at the moment is pants. Apparently they are going to make me permanent in the new year which would include a pay rise, have to wait and see.

Err, don't they cost about the same?

What he's hunting for is something that will not require 4 jobs to pay for but will still make him look like a bellend.

I've seen early X5's go for around several K, the standard Range Rovers seem to go for over £10K, and quick look & the sports are around £20k (from what i saw).

Boxster? Razz Actually can't think of other cars in 'that' category. The RR & X5 top the list.

I'd like the opportunity to have a job to hate, the savings aren't going to last forever.

My job is ok, working with carbon and fiberglass, but like a few on here, it's ruined by a twat of a manager who's been in the business for '27 years' yet still gets stressed out and mad over the smallest things that go wrong despite there 9 times out of 10 being a solution for. Rolling Eyes
