I saw quite a few road trains saying they were from Austrailia.

Just crazy. I think the fuel tankers are mental. Each one is what 70k litres, that is 280,000 litres with 4 tanks. That's £330,000 of fuel.

I always though road trains were used in Australia (Especially the huge ones).

Yeah i said it was a train, not a road train. Their road trains are exactly the same as what you linked to but they originated in Aus. They have long roads with very little traffic or complex junctions so a road train works. Similarly their trains are the longest in the world to shift ore about.

There was a series on a few years ago about them, The clip is highlights of that series. Bit like that Ice Road Truckers show only with fkin massive trucks!
