basicly the oil pump is fubar, an trying to get the correct one for my bike isent proving easy, an i refuse to pay £130 for one tiny little part.

so some one came to help me pre mix, i say help, ive never done it before and they said they had.

Now the bike wont start unless you shake it, and even when it does start it soon cuts out.

so. im going to drain off all the petrol , buy some fresh and start again.

so does anyone know how many mls 2t per litre of petrol i should do, then i shall mix it before i put it in the bike, unlike my mate who dident.

Why don't you try ebay or a breakers for a second hand part.......should be much cheaper.

Don't know what fuel/oil mix that bike uses but a 40:1 mix that my strimmers use is 125ml of oil to 5 litres of fuel.

Better to mix the fuel/oil outside the bike and give it a good shake

My old motocross bike also ran anywhere from 40:1 to 50:1. I would stick to 40:1 as these bikes arent the fastest anyway and more petrol means more performance but less lubrication but you dont want it too smokey. Good luck anyway.

Fix the pump. You'll just cock up the premix and kill the engine otherwise. Someone will be breaking one of those bikes on ebay.
