Small Estates

Hi All,

Sorry for adding to the deluge of car threads recently, but I need some advice on a new car.

At the moment I want to replace the Astra with something bigger and an estate. I need an estate due to the dog and its getting a pain in the arse in small hatch.

I'm thinking of getting either a Focus estate, 306 Estate or maybe another Astra but an estate version this time.

The car must be an estate and have completely fold flat seats too. Does anyone have any experience of the above cars? Or car to add any more to the fray to give me ideas.

If suggesting more cars it needs to be low on insurance (due to insurance companies rating Manchester as bad as Northern Ireland it seems these days), must be an estate with fold flat seats and needs to be a petrol of between 1600cc and 2000cc. Finally it must handle well.
