Anorak info on ZX6R needed please

I have a electric radiator fan from a ZX6R P7F which is going to replace
the mech fan on my old CX rat type thing over the winter

I was chattiing to a mate who fancies doing the same mod and he asked me what year bike it came from
"Phuctyfino" says I.
I never asked.

So, anyone have a rough idea of the year/s the P7F was made?
