ah hellkat, bless ya, it's nice to know someone has being reading my posts!

I chose my username after the honey. My blokey had bought me a jar of runny stuff (really tasty in peppermint tea) on the same day I signed up to BCF, and the name just popped into my head.

I have just comeback from Samos, where they are very passionate about their honey, and I had the most delicious honey based pud called 'bacclava' yum yum yum.

It takes a lot to beat home-grown apples with creme fraiche and blossom honey though,
