Stupid fuck ruined my auction.

Not a lot legally.

I expect you could take them to court and stuff if you had money to spare and could be bothered.

Just file a NPB report and give some negative feedback on eBay, you get your fees back, and you can relist it for free.

Thing is, I know who it is. They said that someone else registered with their mail account.

Right.

What a load of BS.

Yeah - it's annoying.

I sold some Radiohead tickets on ebay a few days back, one winner didnt reply to any mails or anything, so I relist it, they then reply saying they sent a cheque and that it's not fair because they won blah blah blah

A cheque arrived from the US, the winner had crossed out "dollars" and written "pounds" expecting it to clear OK Rolling Eyes

It's cost me money because I have had to cancel the relisted item, now they're giving me the run around again saying they're going to try and put money into my bank account, no doubt they'll be pretty pissed off if they really want the tickets when they don't have the tickets before the event. Then I'll be stuck with some useless tickets and no money!

Ebay is damn good at times, but frustrating at others!
