anyone give me anygood links to websites giving free website creation other than angel fire and geo cities. Can anyone remember that site with the html creating something like bizarre fruit??

download a templateof the web and edit it yourself, will be much better than the shite you can make with free online editors!!

PHP nuke will not work with Geoshitties before you ask. Same for any other free host other than host.sk which you will need to know that language, or have an account creator program to get an account.

Tenthghost, just go and use Frontpage, made to produce "wow, i have my own webpage" type things. Stuff it produces is utter dribble, and normally is very crap websites as well, but I don't care as I won't ever be going there anyway Smile

Ste, you can actually use phpnuke with lycos, the downside of it is the banner advert down the right hand side, just though i'd mention that.

I used to constantly use notepad for anything web based and hand coded some fairly good sites... but theres only so much you can do with notepad to be honest. So I've gone over to dream weaver now. kind of difficult to get used to, I've never used any editors at all other than notepad. But it's pretty good for more complex layouts using tables etc. Makes coding easier and a lot quicker!

But saying that, I generally have to have the html source open in dream weaver as well as the visual panel, as I find it easier to get what I want from HTML script..

Anyway, front page is good for beginners! Or if your really new to this, Word can make web sites Wink Laughing

Still better then frontpage imo, shame you cannae edit code int, Ionly use frontpage cos Idon't keep having to save the code from notepad then hit refresh in the browser.
