Well we have just got back from our wonderfull 170mile round trip to london (well Sutton). And we are very wet, very cold and glad to be home!

It as taken us almost 8hrs to complete this trip in the weather, we left at 12 noon as well! Shocked

Visablity was rubbish, we had to stop 3 times to dry out our gloves and to get some feeling back into our hands as well!

If you put the bags around your socks, inside your boots they are less likey to get torn etc... okay some water may get in, but will generally stay away from your feet. Helps to windproof boots that are a bit dodgy as well.

I pciked my bike up from Miami and rode it back to Gainesville in the North of Florida in one day- thats about 360 miles. But the sun was shining the whole time and the palm trees are easy on the eye Razz

Me and the hippy did the trip back from the NEC on friday in a pea souper.
