NSR Sprockets 14T-front 36T-rear (125Rmodels)
NSR Sprockets 13T-front 35T-rear (125F,S,RV,RS Models)

I just bid for a "JTR0604-36" for my 2001 NSR as a replacement (when I need to replace it), or as an 'upgrade'. Will 36T be standard on the rear?

At the moment i have a 13 tooth on the front, and a 36/37 on the rear me thinks, giving me very very low gearing compared to standard i think.

The question was (ment to be), is 36 the standard number on a restricted bike or is it different to unrestricted?

I wanted to know if 36 would be what I have on now, or I'd be buying different one.

Hi all,
I see the debate on sprockets.. The only new price i can offer is the new front sprocket for a NS125 is £17. I bought new front and rear that I thought were NS and turned out to be NSR (they are the ones on e-bay Wink )

Does anyone have a spare (not like the picture) 13 tooth as the one on my ns125 is a bit wobbly..
Cheers
Malc

I bought my sprockets and chain from M&P I think when I changed mine on my old NS.

First of all, The NSR's aren't restricted by the sprockets. They restrict them by the intake, exhaust & C.D.I. unit.

Your bike comes with 36T standard at the rear. If our bike is fully deristricted you can change it to 35T(other NSR models) for a little extra speed. Your front should be 14T, if it is 14T let that be. If it's 13T change to 14T for more topend and a little extra push on the speedometer needle.
