Hi I have bought a 95 cbr 600 is a non starter, was recommended that the rectifier need changed so ordered new rectifier and still no joy have checked the battery with volt meter sitting at 12.4v so not that, checked the fueses at the front right of the bike all good, was wondering if there are any other fuses along the way that I may have missed or any other ideas as to what can be wrong.
Thanks

Try to start it from a car battery before you do anything else. Spinning starter motor takes enough power out of a weak battery to stop it sparking.

Hi thanks sorry didn't explain myself properly there is no power at all no ignition lights when the key is turned to on, I am planning on getting out in the daylight tommorow and trace back the wiring may be a lose wire somewhere. Just wondering if maybe somebody had a rough idea on what to look out for.

Ok got it started traced the fault to a loose live wire at the multi-plug from the ignition barell, held it in place and bingo ignition lights and fires up woohoo Wink
