Oh dear, you won't have done yourself any favours by putting up a post like this.

In any case much of the sports 400cc class are generally the same, much as any sports class bike.

There are little differences between them.

Although i don't think an old Gixxer 400 is all that good.
Your probably better of with an RVF, CBR, VFR, ZZR,
There generally all very similar. As i don't think, but dont wuote me on this the gixxer 400 was that great...

This has been covered lots and lots and there is never a definite answer as to which is the 'best 400' but have a search and you can find loads of peoples opinions of the 400s.

Like a VX.

Don't listen to Robby, he's just too old and decrepit to ride a sportsbike.

When Robby had a 125 it was good, then when he bought a 400 the 125 was shit, and the 400 was ok.

When Robby sold the 400 and bought a lard ass 800 twin (that can't decide whether it's a bloated commuter or a dog ugly cruiser Razz), the 400 was called shit.

Anyone spot a pattern emerging Razz

Remember kids, bikes aren't like lego. You can't easily take a part from one bike and then fit it to another.

Wasn't it basically summed up thusly:

Buy the one you like the look/feel of best

Which pretty much goes for any class of bike.
