can anyone recommend a calibration disc for setting up my new tv?

i've based my current settings on someone's recommendation on avforums but i find it a little dark (ok i could just turn up the brightness)

so i am interested in a calibration disk to try and get the most out of my tv without paying silly money for a professional (not a chance of that happening)

tv's come with so many settings and i barely know what brightness and contrast do.

Fasten your pc up to it and use any one of the hundreds of monitor calibration guides to do it.

got my pc connected already as a home theatre pc, i'll admit i've not used it in a while mind
