I've killed another plug, trouble is ic ant get a new plug until tomorrow afternoon afterwork. But i need to get home and back to work in the morning. Will i be ok to use a b9es instead of a br9es? i've found a new b9es.
Chris said it would be ok but i just want to make sure that im not going to fry something because it isn't an "R" plug.

I would use it tbh. What is wrong with the other plug? Could you not just give it a clean up and hope it holds for a couple of days? Or is it completely shot?

The R just denoted the presence of a resistor. The plug itself is the same dimensions and the same heat grade.

The resistor is normally just there to stop radio interference (so it doesn't make a buzzing noise on car radios). SOME bikes used to need one to stop the radio interference affecting the electronics (the early Yanaha powervalves are an example of that, an unsupressed plug could cause powervalve flutter).

In any case, I doubt it would do any damage. There'll already be a supressor resistor in the plug cap. Your bike does have a powervalve but I suspect the electronics have moved on in the last 20 years. You'll know if it's fluttering because the bike will start to "kangaroo" along the road.
