As above, a good idea, but the government would take most, if not all of it, and more than likely set up their own cameras right before/after the lottery camera... Gits. Middle Finger

I don't see why this would work, if someone sees a speed camera they will slow down anyway 'cos they don't want a fine - that's incentive enough.

Don't get me wrong, I'd like some money for not speeding, but it's not going to slow me down any more than I do already, as I slow down for speed cameras to avoid fines anyway.
