hello, i have a tzr 125 88 model, recently passed its mot got it insured and its on the orad, the only thing i have been missing is the airbox which i am ordewring on friday, should be with me and fitted by next week,

at the moment the wethere is terrible its snowy and icy at nihgt, i dont have a bike cover but i do have one ordered so i am using a couple of old duvet covers to keep her covered till they come through,

she was running fine untill 3 days ago wen i went out to start her up to go to work, and nuthing almost sounded like it was flooded, so left it, came back later and still wouldnt start, i have had the plug out was sokin so cleaned it and put it back in, still nuthing,

theres petrol geting through so i no thats not the problem, its an old bike and in good condition, and as its my first road bike and tzr i could do with sum help hear, i no that not having an airbox on it could cause moisture build up in the carb which i am not wanting to hapen,

any ideas wat this could be??

thanks,

ok might sound stupid but it seems hard to get into without totaly taking apart, is there a screw on the bottom to open and drain with, cause the carb is mounted ontop of the engine so could be hard to get at??

cheers

Seems to be flooding. I would have the carb off and clear all the passageways and blow all the jets through. Also, make sure the choke is not sticking.
