I've used one as part of the tuneboy setup we had on a supersport 675. The one time we tried to up the limit to help put at a specific point on circuit we got 3 laps before a rod shot out the front of the engine with enough force to take the oil filter straight off!
So why do you want one?!

And everytime you disconnect the battery it resets itself back to 6k limit
