Think it might be time to get some new tax 31/05/15? Rolling Eyes Laughing (and remove the tax disc from the bike all together).

Don't know anything about the model but looks the part, if it rides anything like it looks then you've got a decent runner (kicks chong noodle 125 of side stand, points and laughs *in nelson from Simpsons voice*).

My NSR 125 I had between April and June last year. Bought it for 650 quid, and sold it on for the same when I passed my test. Great bike, and never broke down on me. Furthest I rode it was about 160 miles in a day which on a 2stroke 125 that was about 25 years old seems NUTS but at the time I didn't think so lol. Served me well, and saved me a fortune on lessons. Alot of fun but I was glad to be rid of it for a big bike. In retrospect it would be fun to have another go on it now lol.

De-restricted it did an indicated 90mph and got to 80 pretty quickly.

Got a phone call today friend of mine is in hospital with broken arm, and can I retrieve his bike. I was expecting to nurse home a post crash bike on a wing and a prayer. He'd fallen down some stairs at work...

So, had to bump start it. Cos no kick start, and electric start doesn't work. Rolling Eyes

Rush hour traffic, flying L plates, fastest the bikes ever gone I should think. Laughing

I miss my NSR. Sad

It didn't get as much use as I'd have liked once I passed DAS and was pretty fucked so ended up selling it. Still some of the most fun I've had on two wheels has been on that bike. It did take me until I started riding a 500 for instruction towards my license to realise the little honda was de-restricted, though. Laughing

This is my little 125, not for much longer though, as of last Thursday lost its L plates so it's time to move on. Doing on average 256 miles a week isn't doing it much good. https://i.imgur.com/bWaEkwQ.jpg

I got rid of my Blackbird over summer and picked this up a month ago with no M.O.T. Changed the headstock bearings and it passed with no advisories. Bit tatty but it all works.

It was too quiet so I chopped the exhaust in half and painted it black...

Now it's too loud.

I love it! Problem with the Blackbird was you couldn't use everything it had to give on the road. You can with the CG. Full throttle everywhere and it's not illegal Laughing

I actually really like that, what model NSR is that? Always liked the Fox Eye model to begin with but that just ticks the box for me, for £650 i'd be taking some buggers arm off!

And about a month ago, resprayed Eddie Lawson colours now and headlight sourced but I need a manual and wiring diagram (engine runs sweet, even got the pump working after years of it being run premix)
