Went to change the spark plug in me rs125 and it will not budge, tried it with all the tools possible help please.

Penetrating oil like 3-in-1 or Plusgas? Spray enough in to submerse the whole lot and leave it for a few hours. And when you refit, put some copper grease on the spark plug's threads, which will help when removing it in the future.

When you say that you have tried with all the tools possible are you talking about all of the tools supplied in the bikes tool kit? Most bike manufacturers tool kits are marginally better than useless and should be immediately disposed of.
Buy yourself a proper spark plug socket and suitable ratchet wrench and you will have a friend for life.
