Checked spark, fine.

Fuel and air are fine.

Batteries fine, no imboliser.

Have you messed with the valve clearences recently? (not sure if its tappets or shims)
When i did the clearences too tight on my bike it wouldn't run. Probably just as well because that'd be no good for the engine.

When you say fuel is fine, do you mean the tank is full? or have you checked to see if the plugs are wet?
Perhaps charge, or at least check the output voltage coming from the battery. I beleive bike batteries hate this cold weather

Any joy selling it? I could always do you a favour and 'look after it' for a while if you like
