Sold 2 lots of parts on ebay, fairings, forks, engine, boxes of random bits.
All in 2 seperate lots so i could just shift the lot cheap to get rid swiftly as i have plans to turn my shed into office and listing each item although would get more cash would take some time.

Anyway, first lot sold 24th Oct, 2nd lot 15th Nov and neither of them has collected the stuff, the first one i put in a dispute and the buyer just paid with paypal and still not collected, other buyer paid straight away with a credit card and not been in touch about collecting.

On the listing stated

Quote:
Collection only from near salisbury within 7 days max, cash on collection or paypal

I'm thinking i just list it all again and refund the buyers whatever the stuff sells for again less the ebay fees up to whatever they paid, even if it sells for a tenner.

Put the engine in the garden a couple of weeks ago to get it out my way and the rest could follow if it doesn't go soon.

What would the BCF massive advise as a course of action?[/quote]

Just contact the buyers and tell them eiher respond with a collection date within 7days or you will re list the items.
I would also add if sold for less than they paid they will only v=be efunded the lower value...
Might make them take some action.

Or you could simply add that as they have not collected within the listed timescale you have had to start charging for storage, so tehy now owe you... Laughing

Send them an email stating that since the auction ended 7(3) weeks ago that you have assumed that they no longer require the parts. if not collected within 7 days then you will refund the amount paid minus the listing, Paypal, and storage fees of 25% to cover your costs. Failing to reply will be deemed as acceptance.
