Last puncture I had was 12 quid to fix

Check the tyre valve core first to make sure it's not loose.

I'd expect a new tyre for that.

I got a tyre for £20, £6 for a tube and £4 to fit it. I did have to take the wheel off though.

If you can't find anything in the tyre itself then get them to check there isn't any sharp bits on the rim.... also if it's tubeless then it could be a bit of corrosion on the rim which is allowing air to escape slowly, either way the tyre needs to come off

My regular garage does a ride in tyre check for £10-£15, and fixes puncture / valve problems for another £5

sounds like a slow enough puncture for slime to fix, £8 from halfords Thumbs Up

I'm currently running slime on the front on my 400 and tested it to 100mph with no issues so im sure it will be more than safe to fix yours.
