Outlook technical help!

Hi everyone,
I'm having a Synchronisation error that I'm trying to fix but with no luck. Is anyone willing to give me some advice, tips, hints or help.

Could you please copy and quote the whole error message that you get it MAY give some extra infomation in order for us to help you.Also some infomation like what are the details of the server your trying to get outlook to goto.Do you have these problems when/if you use outlook express?

We don't use outlook express. On a Microsoft Exchange server and the error message is as follows.

No idea then sorry, I use something called argosoft mail server, but mines technically not all that legal and if your using it for work your gonna want to be legal e.t.c .

I'm sure some of the other guys who work with computers will be along soon and maybe one of them will solve your problem, sorry I couldn't be of any help to you, maybe next time (if there is a next time).

Sorted the problem. Just created another .OST and seems fine.
