We were supposed to be having a few friends around but the 9mth old has had a stinkin cold the last week or so and hasnt been sleeping well. So as a result the mrs and I havent been sleeping well. New year this year will be quiet. We've cancelled the friends comin round and by 8pm the baby will be in bed and I'll have a drink with the other half and probably be in bed by 11!

I've got used to NYE on my own and now quite like it TBH. The only thing I don't like is that I have to stay awake until all the idiots have let their firworks off, else the animals wake me up in their stressed out state!
