Hi All,

Looking for a decent basic paddock stand for this bike to enable me to carry out some basic maintenance jobs.
I've followed the instructions in the Honda manual and it says to put some things underneath the engine. I've tried that and it does not work.
Any other way I can lift this little beast off the ground?
I bought a paddock stand not long ago, but this does not fit my chopper, so it's catching dust in the garden.
I had a look on Ebay and a company sells one in Germany for about 28quid delivered for this bike. Not so sure how my bike will be stable on that one.
Any suggestions welcome.
cheers Smile

Ahh,
just realised it's the CST Paddock Stand Honda Shadow on Ebay. Looks decent quality but still not sure how my bike will balance on that one.
cheers

The one available from ebay asks that the bike has a continuous frame. The bike has one continuous frame but doesn't it need two frames to be stable?

Ok, just recieved delivery of the paddock stand this morning and was delighted with the sturdy/build quality. I quickly assembled it before heading out to work. Put it under the bike and it seemed great. Can't wait to start work on the bike.
