Ok so that's one of those lovely Chinese bikes then I guess.
Even though you have checked the carb, did you check the float height settings. Travelling constant at 4000 RPM or above and reving the engine in neutral constantly at 4000 RPM or above will have the same effect. If your just reving the bike intermittently up to 4000 RMP whilst in neutral and allow the float chamber to refill you won't be able to ascertain weather or not it's the float chamber height set incorrectly or not.

I did check the float height and it was fine, since I posted the first post, I drained what fuel was in the bike and refilled it with fresh fuel, and now it wont rev up even sat in neutral, gets to about 6000 and just cuts out, its almost like its choking once the throttle is open sofar :S

Well the only other thing relating to the carb then is the main jet, it may need replacing.
Just check to see if you can see one of these buggers tugging down on your float in the float chamber chamber too mate.

If not this is likely to be CDI/pick ups or alternator issue.
Check all electrical connections.

My neighbour had one of those and he no end of problems with the alternator.
In my opinion definitely electrical.

With it being Chinese too I would consider giving it to a mechanic.
Couple of hours and or a new CDI, can't cost to much..

Good luck!

Have you tried pulling the fuel pipe off at the carb & checking the flow from the petrol tap ? Neutral
