Has it got an aftermarket or standard exhaust? Has the jetting been touched?

Try searching through just about every other moped speed/acceleration thread.

It has a standard tecnigas exhaust on it, when it went in for the rebuild it had 5 gram rollers in and acclerated fine, its been rebuilt and rejetted, im just unsure as to why there were diffrent roller weights mixed.

Maybe your speedo has suddenly become accurate? Laughing Sorry

So its been rejetted to suit the exhaust and 5g rollers? This bloke then swaps them for 3g ones. Someone on here will explain how the rollers affect power/speed, i cant be bothered! By swapping rollers, the 'power'band has moved, the variator isnt doing what its ment to because of this, meaning your only getting 25 out of it. Wack the 5g rollers back in, hey presto.

Are you sure its running ok? Check the plug. When was it changed? Try putting a new plug in it.

3g rollers arnt heavy enough to expand a standard variator setup... YOU NEED MORE WEIGHT!! Thumbs Up
