A morning of fun....

[hellbound]

Bike died on the outside lane of M1...not where there is a hard shoulder but at the roadworks.

Queue quick coast across two lanes of traffic whilst clenching but cheeks to the roadworks entrance and much shouting at bike.
Roadworks guy said he would get recovery truck for me to take me to junction 12 (which I had gone past two minuts ago)

Main fuse blew due to headlamp wires connecting with everything inside headlamp casing alot of smoke and sparks, changed fuse and off I went (so recovery truck is probably still looking for me)

fuse blew again so repeat of earlier but this time there was a hard shoulder so wired it up without fuse to get me to work and then went outside at break armed with wires and masking tape.

looks a bit like someone has blowtorched my loom but should get me home.
